More Online Vital Records Links

Joe Beine offers reason for hope with his posting of Recently Added Online Birth and Marriage Records Indexes. While records access is an on-going struggle, the good news is that many government agencies are waking up to the fact that it's not such a bad thing to have records (or at least their indexes) online, especially when they're historical in nature. Let's hope this trend continues!
