This Friday, September 29th, is Roots Television's Fabulous First Birthday! Og is soooo very excited! He wishes he could share a super giant piece of fudgy chocolate birthday cake with all of his friends. Since no one has invented a sufficiently satisfying virtual dessert, we thought the next best thing was a good old-fashioned party game. So get ready for the first RTV Scavenger Hunt.
Og's come up with six very tricky questions, listed below. It's your job to dig through the Roots Television archives to find the answers. Hint: a good place to start is to check out our searchable Program Guide. We'll choose the winners at random from those entries that have the most correct answers, and we'll send those winners some dynamite Roots Television gear. So synchronize your watches - you have until Monday, October 15th to email Og your answers (og@rootstelevision.com)

I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday and congratulate you on such a terrific website! I'm only sad that I didn't discover you until a month ago! My husband and I are living in Mexico for 3 years which takes me away from Salt Lake City and the Library I love to call my second home. I volunteered at the Family History Library for over 10 years in the U.S./Canada area. It was so much fun. I learned so much and found many ancestors. I met wonderful people there. I always do when I'm doing Genealogy.
I love this site. This is pure genius - whoever thought of this?? Thank you for keeping me connected with the wonderful world of Genealogy and the great people who work in it! May you have many many more successful years! Keep up the great work!
