Down Under: Florida

Have you ever wondered what's under there? What's behind all those headstones - the quirky, the modest, the cryptic monuments that mark our final resting places?

In our newest original series Down Under, George Morgan and Drew Smith, aka The Genealogy Guys, take you down under some of their favorite cemeteries, finding the stories of the people resting beneath those notable tombstones. In our first episode, Down Under: Florida, we uncover the surprising history of the "master and servant" buried beneath the Ashley family monument.

Og knows you each have your favorite cemeteries, and certainly you've found a few quizzical tombstones yourself. So send us your stories to downunder@rootstelevision.com, and maybe we'll come out and see what's down under your hometown graveyard.
